Medical charges: paid directly to the hospital
The hospital is responsible for its assessment, examinations, treatment and other medical charges. Ask the hospital for an estimate and clarify how changes to the clinical plan could affect it.
- What does the hospital estimate cover?
- Which additional examinations or charges might arise?
- How and when does the hospital require payment?

Outside your packagePersonal purchases or additions you request beyond the written package.
Your package lists included accommodation, transport and support. Any additions are itemized separately before you agree to them.
One coordination package
The agency package brings together accompaniment, interpretation, accommodation, transport, itinerary management and medical-record translation. Your proposal specifies the hotel or apartment stay, hospital attendant arrangements and return flight included.
What is outside the package
Hospital medical charges are paid separately. Personal purchases and any additions beyond the written scope are agreed and itemized separately. Review the included services and exclusions together before payment.
Payment stages and changes
Coordination payments follow the stages set out in your service agreement. Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled under that agreement, taking account of actual costs incurred. You receive the terms before committing.

Compare scope before comparing totals.
