Airport transfers and interpretation
We arrange an English-speaking driver for arrival and departure transfers. Transport and interpretation may be handled by one person or two, depending on the schedule.
People and responsibilities
Know who handles which part.
Your senior coordinator organizes the schedule. Drivers, interpreters and hospital attendants cover the tasks set out in your service plan.
| Role | Responsibility | Confirm before your visit |
|---|---|---|
| Clinical team | Assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up advice | Clinical suitability, consent, examinations and discharge |
| Coordinator | Agreed hospital communication and practical arrangements | Which visits and tasks are covered |
| Interpreter | Language support during agreed interactions | Language, setting and availability |
| Driver / local support | Transport or other specifically arranged assistance | Journeys, timing and separate charges |

A senior coordinator at key appointments
Your senior coordinator attends the first consultation, procedure day, discharge and follow-up. The team manages appointment logistics, interpretation and communication with your family.
Your hospital stay
We coordinate requests for a private or premium room and arrange a dedicated hospital attendant for 24-hour one-to-one support during your stay. Room arrangements are confirmed with the hospital.
A place to recover
Short visits use a nearby five-star hotel; longer recovery stays use a serviced apartment with a kitchen and laundry. Daytime support includes practical help with meals, shopping and local arrangements.
Your flight home
We arrange a changeable business-class return ticket around your clinical team’s travel clearance. Your written plan sets out the itinerary, accommodation period and included support.
What you take home
Your medical records and reports in English, available original imaging packaged in DICOM format, and the follow-up dates provided by your clinical team. We coordinate the handoff to your doctors at home.
Practical details
What a written service plan should answer.
Before committing to support, make the scope concrete enough that both you and the team understand the same arrangements.
- Which appointments include accompaniment?
- Where is interpretation included, and where is it separate?
- Who is the practical contact at each stage?
- How are changes, delays and extra visits handled?
- When does support start and end?
